Common sense not common any more

It has been noticed that year by year there is a continuous decrease in use of common sense. With the lack of common sense, human beings will soon turn themselves to animals. Common sense is the only sense required by men to move ahead. All other educations are the tool to aid common sense. Many of inventions were due to common sense.

Common sense cannot be inherited or learned. It needs to be cultivated within one self. IT industry is mostly dependent on common sense. If IT industry needs to be on top then new products needs to be developed every year. But with less use of common sense by the employees, you can see the decreasing profits by IT industry.

This might be the main reason that IT founders like Bill Gates from Microsoft and Narayan Murthy from Infosys are retiring. They might not want to be in the office to see their employees with no common sense.

So stop doing manual work and start using common sense in your daily work. If the industry doesn’t grow then neither will your pay slip. Isn’t that common sense?
